I recently got another nose piercing, which inspired me to talk about how body modification played a role in my Queer journey. But when I thought about it...it plays a role in Christian communities as well! Let's talk about how modern societies fear us looking different out of fear they'll lose control. 💜🏳️‍⚧️💜
